Our workshops provide you with the opportunity to safely and effectively develop you capabilities and awareness of personal defence techniques. we offer an opportunity to explore and investigate the application of simple personal defence strategies, designed to provide you with realistic physical techniques and an increased sense of self confidence.

Our workshops are conducted on an exclusive small group basis, ensuring you have opportunity to develop you skills and make some new friendships at the same time.

Previous martial arts experience or high fitness levels are not required!
